CASA BABEL CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

According to our reservation and cancellation policy, if users/clients cancel their reservation within a period of more than 5 days from their arrival, CASA BABEL will not issue any charge, except on the following dates, which have a different cancellation policy. : On national and local holidays and long weekends, the free cancellation period will be 15 days before the entry date. In high season (July and August) the free cancellation period will be 15 days before the entry date. On New Year’s Eve the free cancellation period will be 30 days before the arrival date.

 

If the cancellation is verified within a shorter period than indicated, CASA BABEL will proceed to charge 50% of the reservation amount.

 

In case of no show (no show), a charge of the total reservation will be applied.

 

In the event that your bank card is not valid and you do not have another form of payment, Casa Babel will automatically cancel the reservation.

 

Casa Babel reserves the right to charge in advance 50% of the reservation 5 days before the arrival date.

 

In the event that a reservation has been made using an experience voucher from an external company, as well as the hotel’s own vouchers, the cancellation period during any time of the year will be 15 days before check-in. If the cancellation is verified within a shorter period than indicated, the entire bonus will be lost.

 

The use of the online reservation system, made by e-mail, through the forms on this website or by telephone will entail the necessary and unequivocal acceptance of these conditions.
